Saturday June 11, 2011 through Saturday July 23, 2011
PALS (Pets Aiding Literacy Skills) is a summer program that encourages children in grades K-6 to read to therapy animals. Each educator-animal team creates a friendly, supportive environment where children can become more confident and experienced readers. It’s a fun way for children to practice reading skills during summer vacation. Children read one pre-selected book per week. Seating is limited. For ages 5 to 11. Free.
Please contact each branch to confirm the program is running for that day.
