Will the library be providing free tax preparation assistance this year? When and where can I obtain printed tax forms?

Last year I sold shares of stock I purchased 20 years ago. I’m working on my tax return for 2010, and need to report “capital gains” from the stock’s increase in value. Does the library have a source that would provide the stock’s value for the date I purchased my shares?
