SOLID Talk: Building Confidence in You

This talk, targeted toward women in the LGBT community, will focus on the importance of believing in yourself and the strength it can bring. Coach Blas will help attendees to identify negative patterns, how to address them, and offer tools to help a person believe in themselves, living from a position of strength rather than victimization.

In this fun and entertaining program, celebrate the origins, phases and lives of trees! From your own familiar back yard tree to exotic varieties in different parts of the world, visual artist, Nadine Burke, will guide you in creating your own special "tree" using everyday materials provided for you!
