        marketing of production. Due to fluctuations in natural gas prices caused

        by supply and demand features, various contractual clauses in the oil and

        gas lease can be, and frequently are, triggered, resulting in possible

        adversarial positions between producer and royalty owner. Mr. King's

        presentation identifies some of the conditions that may present themselves

        in the Barnett Shale play.
