- Every Child Ready to Read - A city-wide early literacy program aimed at encouraging parents to engage in literacy-based activities with their children and be a resource on early literacy to the community.
- Born 2 Read - The purpose of the program is to reach expecting parents and parents with newborn babies about the importance of reading and early literacy skills on the early brain development of babies.
- Homework Help Now! - Service includes live homework help in all major subjects, including world languages. A writing lab provides help within 24 hours of submitting your work online and a test center for the SAT, ACT, GED and more. Live tutoring is from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. Spanish language assistance is available during the same hours.
