Robert Frantz is a registered patent agent with a bachelor degree in electrical engineering and a master of science degree in applied psychology, sociology, and neurology for innovation. His work has produced over 270 U.S. patents for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has been an outside patent counsel to IBM (Austin) since 1998. Robert consults in the fields of IP strategy, patent application valuation, private patent mediation, and conflict resolution using creative problem solving. Prior to starting his own practice he worked for several DFW-area companies such as Tekgenix Corp., InterVoice (now Convergys), DNA enterprises, Texas Instruments (now Raytheon), and Motorola. Mr. Frantz has partnered with Dallas Public Library to provide free programs on the patent process to local inventors since 1998.

Mr. Wise is a registered patent attorney in the Dallas area. He is a former U.S. Patent Office examiner and has over 35 years of experience in the patent law field. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and several other legal organizations. He currently serves as the president of the Texas Inventors Association, volunteering time to help individual inventors begin and understand the patent process.
