Newspapers

The Humanities division at the Dallas Public Library supplies access to digital newspapers from around the world. A few print newspapers are also available.

PaperDallas Morning News

Microfilm – Newspapers on microfilm generally take about 2 or 3 months to arrive. Please call 214-670-1668 to verify that a certain issue has arrived.

Online Newspapers – Thousands of newspapers are available online through the Dallas Public Library website with your Library Card Number and PIN. Click on this link to access these databases.

PressDisplay - Two, dedicated computers with high-resolution monitors provide unique online access to unbelievably crisp, digital editions of today's newspapers from around the world in full-color, full-page format. Newspapers appear in the original format with all the ads, articles, comics, classifieds, notices and features found in the original print publications.
