Library Services: Bookmobile


The Bookmobile is open to people of all ages. Services and materials include:

  • Free library cards for City of Dallas residents
  • Adult and children’s books and audiobooks
  • DVD and VHS movies for children and adults
  • Spanish language and English as a Second Language materials
  • Wireless internet access
  • Renewal of materials
  • Connections to the Dallas Public Library catalog, databases and online homework help
  • Community programming
  • Story time for children during regular stops
  • Materials not carried on the bookmobiles can be requested and brought on a future stop. To request materials please call 214-670-1708 or email libraryonwheels@dallaslibrary.org.
