Clint Grant:
Glimpses of Life and Other Realities

Donald Clinton "Clint" Grant served as a staff photographer for the Dallas Morning News from 1949 until 1998. Among his many assignments, Clint was also the "official" photographer of the Dallas Zoo and the State Fair of Texas. His photographs portray humorous and touching images of animals and their interactions with people. His work also documents the lives of everyday folk as well as many historic events, such as John Kennedy's arrival at Love Field and Sam Rayburn's funeral. And some of his photos cannot be explained or described, but have to be seen.
