Biographical NoteCarol Neaves was born in Gunter, Texas on 26 August 1926. He graduated from Texas A&M in Civil Engineering in 1947 and served in World War II. He was active in both professional and civic organizations, including the Dallas Jaycees, Dallas County Camp Fire Girls, and the Dallas Better Business Bureau.
