Scope and ContentsThe Antique Study Club was formed on August 8, 1947, by Mrs. R.G. Cavender. The club called itself "...a group of lovers of antiques living in Oak Cliff [who met] to study together to learn more about antiques." The Club records include scrapbooks containing programs, clippings, photographs, and membership list of officers and committees; and loose membership list, lecture transcripts, and clippings.
